Tasting notes: Straw yellow in colour with green highlights and a touch of effervescence. It has a complex nose with notes of linden flowers, dandelion, millefiori honey and citrus fruit. Left in the glass, it also develops hints of biscuit. It is creamy, yet light and velvety in the mouth with a slightly saline finish. This versatile wine will compliment most dishes apart from rare meats and game-based meat sauces. Also perfect as an aperitif.
