Ribolla Gialla

IGT "Venezia Giulia"

An intense, warm golden yellow, it immediately stands out in the glass. On the nose, it is aromatic and refined: ripe quince intertwined with aromatic herbs, in a bouquet that evokes Friuli.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, creamy, and fresh all at once, with pronounced minerality and an extremely fine, elegant finish that is long and persistent.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers, particularly those featuring freshwater fish, where its structure finds the perfect counterpoint.
